 I have always had the things I need when I need them. When I was unemployed I drew on unemployment for a few months as jobs were hard to find. This was many years ago.
When that ran out I found a job, even though I was looking the whole time. When I needed to buy a new car and didn't have enough money, things fell into place so I could get one. When I needed to find a place to live, things fell into place and that worked out.
When my wife and I wanted to build a new house but didn't think we could, that fell into place and we were able to build. When the housing bubble collapsed and I knew we needed to sell that house since we were not going to be able to afford it any more, it sold at the last minute when we didn't have enough money to make the next payment.

What this forum means to me. A testimonial by Al.

 Little did I know that when I typed in the words Divine Love into a search engine several months back that this act of mild curiosity would open a whole new portal into our lives. Jeanne and I have been praying for the Divine love for decades now and outside a small circle of devoted followers, our motivation to seek out others on the Divine Pathway was almost nonexistent. We were content to continue on our somewhat sheltered course as our lives unfolded upon the path. There were a few efforts made over the years to make outside contact but these experiences did nothing to encourage us to go further.
Several months ago, I received the guidance that I should start to write down some of the thoughts and experiences I have had on the Divine Path. I was mildly amused by this prompting because at the time I could neither see an outlet or purpose for this effort. ..... read more

 It is generally believed that the birth of Jesus hallmarks the highest spiritual meaning of Christmas. This time honored belief represents the consensus of Christianity. Jesus is the reason for the season they say as altars are adorned with the manger birth.
What if I told you that there is another spiritual viewpoint that may be more appropriate?
The birth of Jesus is important not because of what appeared to happen in the manger but in what it represented as regards the Will of God. Prior to Jesus' birth, humankind was devoid of any opportunity to receiving His Divine Love because of it's withdrawal with the first parents. Until Jesus' birth, uniting with God soul to soul through the exchange of His Love was not possible.
Jesus' birth is important, not because of Jesus the man but because it represents a change in humankind's potentiality to now receive God's Grace, His most precious Love..... read more

 Hi everyone,
I would like to add to what Al has said here and echo my gratitude for what joining this forum has done for us! I remember well Al's googling Divine Love and checking out different sites....as you may have gathered, Al (he's a gardener), is much more comfortable with a shovel than a computer. He is, indeed, a one finger typist and astonishes me how far and wide his magic finger has taken us....around the world as well into this spiritual world in the forum!
One morning only last February, I saw that Al had used my work email address to send a message to Ian...well I was rather taken aback but impulsively copied Ian to add my 2 cents worth and sent greetings from Vancouver.
I'm deeply involved in my work in the community and thought "good for Al to have a new hobby -- HE can be the one to check things out on line"...but not ME....I'm far too busy to spend time in that kind of idle chit chat (I have important work to do!). Well, with Ian's gentle compelling response and the GREAT OVERSHADOWING by loving Celestial guides, I was hooked! Now I find myself checking in daily, no matter what the hour or level. read more

 I think I am going to post this on my Facebook page - the true meaning of Christmas.
Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it. Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." [Matthew 22:37-40]
As my Mom said above when life throws you a curve ball and you are faced with a cancer diagnosis or any other great challenge - it reinforces that it is caring and Love for each other and seeking God's Love to nourish us is all that truly matters.
